* For psychotic disorders.
* Indications:
& & – Acute, delusional, hallucinatory, confusional psychosis.
& & – Depressive states of various origins, melancholia.
& & – Acute schizophrenia chronic delusions.
& & – Severe behaviour disorders in alcoholics, mental defectives and epileptics.
& & – Obsessional neurosis, hysterophobia.
& & – Childhood and adolscent psychosis (pre-psychotic state, acute schizophrenia, atypic depressions,
& & childhood schizophrenia).
& & – also used for irritable bowel disease, GIT motility disorders, nausea && vomiting && peptic ulceration.
* Dosage:
& & – Adults: oral treatment according to the severity of the condition, 2-6 tablets Dogmatil Fort 200 mg daily
& & which may be continued as long as necessary.
& & – Severe cases may require initial treatment by I.M. injection: 3-6 ampoules daily, each containing 100 mg
& & Dogmatil Fort for an average period of treatment of 15-20 days.
& & – Children: the minimum dose is 10mg / kg / day.
* Swallow tablet whole, not chewed, with sufficient amount of water.
* Store below 25 degrees C.
