FORTEO 20 MCG /80 UL PRE-FILLED PEN 2.4ML

* Solution for injection in a pre-filled pen. subcutaneous (SC) use.
* 1 pen of 2.4 ml solution. Each pen contains 28 doses of 20 micrograms (per 80 microliters).
* This is a new pen design. Please read the user manual before injecting.
* Each ml contains 250 micrograms of teriparatide.
& & Glacial acetic acid, sodium acetate (anhydrous), mannitol, metacresol 3.0 mg/ml (preservative),
& & water for injections, Hydrochloric acid solution and/or sodium hydroxide solution (as appropriate).
* Store in a refrigerator. Do not freeze.
* The pen should be discarded 28 days after the first use.
