** KLACID® (Clarithromycin) 125 mg/5 ml Granules for Oral Suspension. 70 ml after reconstitution. Macrolide Antibiotic.

** Composition:
After reconstitution, (each 5 ml) contains:
Clarithromycin 125 mg

** For reconstitution to make 70 ml suspension:
Add portion from water then shake bottle gently, complete water to the sign and shake again.

** Usual dose:
Infants and children: 15 mg/kg/day in two divided doses.

** Shake gently before use.

** Store at temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C. Don’t refrigerate or freeze.
Keep out of reach of children.
