NEVANAC 0.1% EYE DROPS 5 ML

* Nevanac (nepafenac) 0.1% ophthalmic suspension. 5 mL. Sterile.
* Each mL Contains:
& & – Active: nepafenac 0.1%
& & – Inactives: mannitol, carbomer 974P, sodium chloride, tyloxapol, edetate disodium,
& & benzalkonium chloride 0.005% (preservative), sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric
& & acid to adjust pH and purified water, USP.
* Usual Dosage:
& & Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) three times daily.
* Shake Well Before Using.
* Rx Only. For Topical Ophthalmic Use Only. U.S. Patent No. 5,475,034.
* Storage: Store temperature not to exceed 25 degrees C. Discard after 28 days from opening the bottle.
