* COMPOSITION: One vial contains:

& & Tazobactam sodium (equiv. to 500 mg tazobactam) 536.6 mg.
* Excipients:
& & Citric Acid Monohydrate – Disodium Edetate Monohydrate (Ph. Eur. compliant).
* WARNINGS:

& & – Do not administer intramuscularly.
* STORAGE METHODS:
& & – Lyophilized powder: The vials containing the sterile Tazocin lyophilized powder may be stored at room temperature
& & (Do not store above 25 degrees C) until the expiration date printed on the box.
& & – Solutions: The vials containing the reconstituted solutions for intravenous use are stable for 24 hours at room
& & temperature and up to 48 hours in the refrigerator (2-8 degrees C). Unused solutions must be discarded.
